The
mosque has a vital and key role in Islaam. Its duty is to educate the
Muslims, provide a safe haven for the ones striving in the path of
Allah (swt) and to publicly declare that sovereignty is for none but
Almighty Allaah (swt).
Throughout history, under the rule of the prestigious Khilaafah system (Islaamic state), the mosque (Masjid) was the headquarters of the Islaamic State.
It was a court, hospital, training camp for Mujaahideen, a school,
community centre (for Muslims), and most importantly the House of
Allaah (Bait-Ullaah).
Since it was the House of Allaah
there was no such thing as a Mosque Committee who would dictate to the
people how the mosque should be run, who is allowed in and what people
are allowed and not allowed to say. Because it is the House of Allaah,
only Allaah has the right to decide who should build it, how it should
be run and who is allowed to enter.
Allah says in the Qur'an,
“It is not for the Mushrikoon (Christians,
Jews, Hindus, Sikhs and other non-Muslims), to maintain the mosques of
Allaah (i.e. to pray and worship Allaah therein, to look after their
cleanliness and to build it etc.), While they witness disbelief upon
themselves. The works of such are in vain and in Fire shall they abide.
The mosques of Allaah shall be maintained only by those who believe in Allaah and the Last Day; perform As-Salaat and give Zakaat and fear none but Allaah. It is they who are expected to be on true guidance.” (EMQ at-Tawbah, 9: 17-18)
Therefore,
this verse clearly highlights and guides us to the simple fact that
ONLY Muslims are allowed to enter the mosque (except if the kaafir has
a divine permit from Allaah), and it is only Muslims that are allowed
to worship, pray, build and maintain the House of Allaah. If we look to
the reality of the so-called mosques in the UK today, hardly any are built by Muslims.
Indeed
most mosques are built by non-Muslims, therefore it cannot be
considered to be a mosque. Even if it is built by Muslims, if they
invite MP’s, PM’s or other Kuffaar to propagate their kufr, it will not
be considered a mosque. This is something that all the "mosques" in the
UK
are doing today. Muslims are called upon to become kaafir by voting for
man-made law, or the true ‘Ulamaa (scholars) and du’aat (da’wah
carriers) are prevented to enter the mosque or to speak out in the
mosque, leaving only corrupted Imaams or scholars left to speak about
the affairs of the Muslim Ummah.
In fact, Allaah (swt) clearly says in the Qur’aan:
“And
who is worse than those who forbid that Allaah's Name be glorified and
mentioned much (i.e. prayers, da’wah, fiqh, Islaamic politics and
invocations etc.) in Allaah's mosques and strive for their ruin It was
not fitting that such should themselves enter them (Allaah's mosques)
except in fear. For them there is disgrace in this world, and they will
have a great torment in the Hereafter.” (EMQ al-Baqarah, 2: 114)
This
verse was revealed when the Quraysh tried to prevent Muslims from
entering the House of Allaah (swt), this clearly shows that it can only
by a Mushrik, Munaafiq or a kaafir that would prevent Muslims from
coming to the mosque, yet we can see in today’s reality that so-called
Muslims are preventing the practicing Muslims from entering to the
mosques and speaking about the affairs of the Muslim Ummah by using the
alibi that they are extremists or they are "Wahhaabis". These
hypocrites prevent Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jamaa’ah (those who
follow the Messenger Muhammad (saw) and His companions) from coming to
the mosque, yet welcome the kuffaar such as Prince Charles, George
Galloway, the Police or other MP’s with open arms, hand-shakes and cups
of tea.
All these centres should never be called Masaajid
(plural for Masjid) or mosques, but rather it is more appropriate for
it to be called Prayer Hall or Community Centre. Muslims should refrain
from calling these places mosques or even the House of Allaah, and
should not think that by donating money towards them, Allaah will build
a house in paradise for them. Allaah (swt) will only do this for those
who build a REAL
Masjid, where no MP’s are allowed in, no shirk is committed (no calls
for voting or obeying the kufr law of the land), and where the ‘Ulamaa
of Haq and da’wah carriers are allowed to speak about the affairs of
the Muslim Ummah.
All of this does not mean that it is not
allowed to pray in these places; rather they are not considered to be
the Houses of Allaah, which proclaims sovereignty and supremacy for the
Deen of Islaam and Allaah (swt). These halls have become places of
fitnah (corruption), calling Muslims to vote, inviting kuffaar MP’s and
PM’s as well as lying about Allaah, His Messenger and the Deen of
Islaam. It is even considered to be a form of zandaqah (heresy)
to call these places Houses of Allaah or Masjid. The reason why these
corrupted mosque committees call these places as such, is in order to
fool the Muslim community into donating their money towards them so
that they can continue creating fitnah and corruption and justify their
treachery by using Islaam to cover up their evil actions.
Allaah (swt) says:
“In
houses (mosques), which Allaah has ordered to be raised (to be cleaned,
and to be honoured), in them His Name is glorified in the mornings and
in the afternoons or the evenings.” (EMQ an-Noor, 24: 36)
Only
with the re-emergence of the Khilaafah will these so-called mosques be
made into real Masaajid, where only Muslims are allowed to enter and
feel secure, providing security for the 'Ulamaa and Liberators. Working
for the Khilaafah is an obligation upon every Muslim and can only be
done by working collectively with those who follow Ahl us-Sunnah
wal-Jamaa’ah. |
